Free Shipping

The shipping of your parcel is on us! We don’t charge any additional fee for it, be it for the delivery of a new order or return/exchange.

Fast Delivery

We ensure speedy delivery of your much-awaited parcel via UPS Express. The manufacturing & shipping of the made-to-order jewelry doesn’t take more than 4-7 business days to be shipped from our end. You can expect it to reach you within 10-12 days.

Please note: Although we make sure that no delivery delay arises from our side but in case of any unforeseen circumstances like bad weather conditions, we’d try to resolve the unexpected delay as soon as possible jointly with the delivery partner.

Customer-Friendly Shipment Procedure

We dispatch all our orders via a trusted delivery partner- UPS Express. As soon as the parcel is dispatched from our end, we notify you via an e-mail confirmation along with order tracking details to ensure transparency. The final delivery is concluded once it is approved by an adult signature.

Please note: Feel free to get in touch with us ahead of time if you are not available to accept delivery of your package so that we can set up a hold for UPS pick-up.

Insured Shipping

As long as the item is in transit, you don’t have to worry about its safety. We offer complete insurance (at invoice value) on all the items in the package against all sorts of damages/loss. Also, we only proceed with the shipment once it has undergone a strict quality check.

Additional Information

  • VAT or any additional taxes that might incur during the shipment are deemed as the responsibility of the buyer.
  • In order to protect our customers' privacy, we have made it a compulsion for the billing and shipping addresses to match the address on your credit card. Please inform us within 24 hours of the order placement in such a case since once the item has been shipped, it is not possible to make the address change request. However in case of such an issue, we’d try our level best to come to a solution as soon as possible.
  • While as per the customer-friendly guidelines of UPS, they allow comfortable commercial delivery of your packages 6 days a week (i.e., Mon to Sat). But in case of any national or festive holiday, the delivery service may remain dis-functional.
  • If any delivery delay is expected from our side, our customer executive team will notify you beforehand to ensure complete transparency.
